WE THE PEOPLE Have Been Forgotten Under Nancy Pelosi's Reign.
EDUCATION – GIVE PARENTS MORE CHOICES
Choice is critical when it comes to education. Too many kids are stuck in under-performing schools with parents feeling helpless against the education bureaucracy. Public schools, charter schools, private schools and home-schooling are all options that every parent should have. Tony Moreno supports charter schools and the creation of Education Savings Accounts that allow parents and students to access the state’s allocated per-pupil spending to pay tuition at private schools or spend on other expenses at any eligible school of their choice.
TAXES
Tony Moreno will stand up to Nancy Pelosi and Joe Biden whose taxation policies are fraught with waste, fraud and abuse. He believes taxes on the middle class and small business are way too high. Gas and car taxes imposed by the legislature should be repealed during this time of fuel & energy crises.
SPENDING & INFLATION
He will attack out-of-control debt by prioritizing rollbacks in freewheeling government spending. Tony Moreno supports a balanced budget that can be achieved by reducing waste and ending bloated government programs that have outlived their usefulness. Inflation must be reigned in and the economy salvaged from Joe Biden's irresponsible tax and spend priorities. Our food, supply chains, transportation and energy security must be protected.
FISCAL DISCIPLINE & RESPONSIBILITY
The recent budget bill, Tony Moreno opposed, because it expanded a bloated and inefficient federal government, wasteful programs and demonstrated no fiscal discipline. He also supports term limits for all members of the United States House of Representatives.
ECONOMY
As a small business owner, Tony Moreno knows that excessive government regulations drive businesses and jobs away. He will fight to reduce the regulatory burden so the economy can keep growing.
NATIONAL DEFENSE & VETERANS
A good offense is a strong defense and Tony Moreno supports an effective military with the best-equipped troops that are ready to meet any challenge. He wants better treatment for veterans and active-duty families and will fight to reform the VA to make sure America’s vets are taken care of – because they deserve nothing less.
FOREIGN POLICY
Tony Moreno understands that all Americans are severely disappointed with America's foreign policy. The illegal drug and human traffic operations at our southern border and Chinese fentanyl imports are all failures of mammoth proportions. Often unregulated covert US government agencies themselves are enablers and need oversight. Tony believes that the United States and its allies should support freedom and democracy and not enable fascist and communist regimes.
ENVIRONMENT
Water desalination projects that will insure our state's long term water supply are a key issue for Tony Moreno. He believes government and businesses should be encouraged to implement profitable alternative energy solutions that wean us off our dependence from foreign oil from the middle east. We also need to tap into domestic existing fossil fuel resources that are underutilized. These new domestic industries in both renewable energy and fossil fuels can create jobs and save consumers money.
CRIME & ELECTION FRAUD
Tony Moreno is a strong supporter of Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco, District Attorney Mike Hestrin, and the Riverside and Moreno Valley police departments. We must continue to work together to reduce gang activity and make local neighborhoods safer. We must also make sure our first responders and emergency service providers are well-funded and well-equipped. Election fraud must be cleaned up. Dominion voting machines should be banned and Soros funded organizations audited and tracked for fraudulent activities.
HOMELESSNESS
Tony Moreno insists on respect of private property. He opposes opening homeless camps in local neighborhoods and believes public safety must remain the number one consideration when addressing the problem. Tony supports increasing care and early intervention for the mentally ill. Certainly homelessness is not going be solved from Washington, DC but Tony will push for Congress to form a blue ribbon task force to solve this pressing problem. At the local level Tony will take the lead to coordinate federal resources that support regional solutions.
